How do I use Toothi?
Clip Toothi to virtually any textile and your little one is ready to chew, explore, and soothe!
What does Toothi clip to?
Parents clip Toothi to bibs, blankets, loveys, muslins, crinkle paper, washcloths, even clothing. It’s super adaptable and easy to move between fabrics throughout the day.
What does Toothi not clip to?
Toothi works best with fabrics up to 3-ply, or thin plush materials. Very thick blankets, quilted items, or materials with chunky piping can be too bulky for a secure clip—use your judgment here.
What age is Toothi suitable for?
Typically from 3+ months, but many families and OTs use Toothi well into toddlerhood and beyond for sensory and oral-motor support.
Can Toothi be used for sensory needs?
Absolutely. OTs, SEN teachers, and parents use Toothi for oral-motor work, sensory regulation, and redirecting chewing to a safe option.
Can Toothi be chilled?
Yes. You can chill or freeze Toothi before use for extra gum relief.
How do I wash Toothi?
Wash with warm, soapy water and let it air dry. Toothi is also top-rack dishwasher safe.
Can I sterilize Toothi?
Yes. Place Toothi in freshly boiled water for a few minutes and allow it to cool naturally, or use a steam sterilizer.
How often should I replace Toothi?
As with all teethers and pacifiers, we recommend replacing Toothi after around 3 months of regular use. Inspect often and replace if you notice wear, tearing, or damage.
What is Toothi made of?
Toothi is made with a food-grade PP core, over-moulded in baby-safe TPE. Our materials are BPA-free, phthalate-free, latex-free, and free from heavy metals.
Has Toothi been safety tested?
Yes. Toothi meets US and international safety standards, including CPSIA and FDA food-grade requirements.
Does Toothi contain any small parts?
No. Toothi is made from three components moulded securely together—nothing detaches.
Where is Toothi made?
Toothi is designed in the UK and manufactured in a certified medical-goods facility in China.
Chewpad
What is Chewpad?
Chewpad is a carrier pad designed to keep your carrier free from drool AND give our baby a soothing surface to chew on. It velcros to your baby carrier strap, keeping baby happy while you get on with your day.
How do I attach Chewpad to my carrier?
Align the small dots in the center of the silicone plate with the thin edge of your carrier strap. Wrap Chewpad around the strap and secure the velcro at the back.
What carriers does Chewpad fit?
Chewpad is confirmed to fit the following carriers: BabyBjorn (Free, Harmony, Mini); Mabe (Monarch); Momcozy (PureHug); WildBird (Aerial); Ergobaby (Aerloom, Omni 360/Omni Breeze/Omni Dream, Omni Deluxe); Lillebaby; Infantino; Artepoppe; Tula (Explore, Free-To-Grow); Stokke; Nuna. Is Chewpad meant to be chewed directly, or does it protect the carrier?
Both. The organic cotton side keeps your carrier clean and dry from drool, while the silicone plate is what baby actually chews and mouths.
Can Chewpad be bought as a single?
Not currently. Babies drool a lot, so we prefer to sell Chewpad in pairs. One for now, one for the laundry. You're never caught without a clean one!
Can Chewpad be used on strollers, car seats, or slings, not just structured carriers?
Chewpad is designed to work with baby carriers only. We do not recommend to use Chewpad with car seats or stroller straps.
What age is Chewpad suitable for?
Chewpad is safe for babies of any age, but it best used for babies when their head height matches the carrier straps
How do I wash Chewpad?
Chewpad is machine washable at 30° and tumble-dried on a low heat setting.
What is Chewpad made of?
The pad is OCS-certified organic cotton, paired with a platinum-cured silicone chewplate.
Has Chewpad been safety tested?
Yes. Chewpad is fully safety tested by SGS, the world's leading testing house. It passes all testig requires for sale in the US and EU.
What does "Pre-order" mean?
Pre-order items are available to purchase now but haven't shipped yet. You'll secure your order and receive it as soon as it's ready to ship.
When will my pre-order ship?
Chewpad orders are expexcted to start shipping August 15th. We are following the shiping progress closely, and will update customers via email if there is any change.
Ordering & Pre-Orders
Will I be charged now, or when my pre-order ships?
All pre-orders are charged at the time he order is placed. This helps us to ensure we do not oversell stock.
Can I order an in-stock item and a pre-order item together?
Yes - if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll ship in-stock items right away and your pre-order items will follow separately once available, at no extra shipping cost.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
You can cancel or change a pre-order any time before it ships - just contact us. Once your pre-order item has shipped, our standard returns policy applies: we can only offer a refund or replacement if the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free US shipping on orders over $45
How long will my order take to ship?
In-stock orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. Pre-order items ship according to the date shown on the product page - see our Pre-Orders section.
How long is delivery?
Standard US delivery typically takes 3–6 business days, depending on carrier volume and location.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US and Canada. Canadian orders may incur duty and freight charges upon delivery. More countries coming soon!
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS as soon as your order ships.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to update it. Contact us as quickly as possible. We can't guarantee changes once an order is in motion, and we're not liable for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
What if my package says delivered but isn't?
Sometimes carriers scan early. If it hasn't shown up after 10+ days from the delivery scan, contact the carrier first. If they can't resolve it, reach out to us and we'll help with a claim or resend where applicable.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. If we believe a returned item has been used, we may decline the refund.
Faulty/damaged/incorrect item: we refund the cost of the goods, the shipping on your original order, and the cost of return shipping.
Changed your mind: we refund the cost of the goods only - original order shipping and return shipping are not refunded, and return shipping is at your expense. Send us your order number, photos (if faulty), and a quick explanation.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order is still processing, we’re usually able to cancel it. Once it has shipped, please follow our returns policy.
What if I want to return part of a bundle?
No problem. What applies depends on why you're returning it:
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: we refund the cost of those units in full, including original and return shipping - whether or not the item has been opened.
For change-of-mind returns: the units must be unopened. We refund the cost of the goods only. If the return brings your order below the required item count for a bundle discount or free-shipping threshold, we'll also adjust the refund to reflect the correct pricing and shipping cost for the items you keep.
